Current features:

Threshold in Boundary change with mean, standard deviation display in middle lower panel; added min,max, points in threshold in Boundary function, displayed in middle lower panel
Swi veno processing: user can input phase zero value to test phase shift; Fixed bug in SWI processing where a zero in Mag was 4095 in mIP
Subtraction adds: internal subtract, chose save file name and open the result subtract image.
